It takes a village.
Together we can send students back to school with the supplies they need to learn and thrive. The Love Fund has committed to provide 5,000 school supply kits for Kansas City Public School students and up to 1,400 for youth in other districts across Greater Kansas City. Since 2017, the Love Fund and the KC community have united to provide more than 35,000 backpacks and school supplies.
There are three ways your organization can help: sponsor, collect backpacks and volunteer.

Drives must be completed by July 29, 2026.
Volunteer needed to help distribute 5,000 school supplies during KCPS Fest on Saturday, Aug. 1st at East High School.
This is the perfect opportunity for employee teams and community groups.
The public phase of the
School Supply Drive and Distribution efforts will begin in July.
At that time, all sponsors will be recognized on the website, in email communications and on social media.
