The Love Fund for Children wants your help! We are excited to kick off the second year of our Holiday Youth Ambassadors program. Our goal is to provide opportunities for Kansas City youth (12-18 years) to serve underprivileged teens in our community through our Sack it for Santa program. In 2025, the Love Fund provided gifts to 2,480 teens. We expect this need to increase in 2026, and we would love to partner with you to serve this often forgotten group.
As a Youth Ambassador, your primary focus will be to promote our Sack it for Santa program and collect financial or new, physical gifts. We also encourage you to attend the in-person volunteer events to prepare for the sack distribution and further your involvement with the Love Fund.

Youth Ambassadors have the opportunity to:
- Raise Awareness – Help share the mission of Love Fund for Children with their schools, families, and communities.
- Serve Their Community – Participate in outreach activities, events, and initiatives that benefit children and families.
- Advocate for Children – Help bring attention to the needs of children and encourage others to get involved.
- Develop Leadership Skills – Build confidence, communication, teamwork, and leadership skills through hands-on experiences.
- Inspire Their Peers – Encourage other young people to make kindness and community service part of their everyday lives.
